1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Cricketers Pitch (“Cricketers Pitch”) located at D-21, Mahalaxmi Nagar Rd, D-Block, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017. They govern your use of the Cricketers Pitch website, Services, Products, and Content (“Services”).

Cricketers Pitch maintains the website domain at https://cricketerspitch.com/. By using Cricketers Pitch, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree to any of the Terms, you must not use the Services.

We may change these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Services on or after the effective date of any updated Terms, you agree to the new Terms.

2. Content rights & responsibilities

By contributing content—such as scoring cricket matches and tournaments—on Cricketers Pitch, you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish that content on the Cricketers Pitch platform (website, apps, etc.), including rights reasonably necessary to store, display, reformat, aggregate, and distribute it.

In consideration for access to and use of the platform, you agree that Cricketers Pitch may enable advertising on the platform, including in connection with the display of your content. We may also aggregate, normalize, and enrich contributed scores and data for promotional purposes or to sell premium features.

3. Our content and services

We reserve all rights in Cricketers Pitch’s look and feel. Some parts of the Services may be subject to third-party open source licenses, and we may publish portions of our own code under open source licenses. Except where expressly permitted by such licenses or by law, you may not copy or adapt any portion of our code or visual design elements (including logos) without our prior written permission.

You may not do, or try to do, the following:

1. Access or tamper with non-public areas of the Services, our computer systems, or the systems of our providers.
2. Access or search the Services by any means other than the published interfaces (for example, our APIs) that we provide.
3. Forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of header information in emails or posts, or otherwise use the Services to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information.
4. Interfere with or disrupt the access of any user, host, or network, including sending viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Services, or automating content/account creation in ways that create an undue burden on our Services.

Crawling the Services is allowed if done in accordance with our robots.txt. Scraping the Services is prohibited.

We may change, terminate, or restrict access to any aspect of the Services at any time, without notice.

4. Incorporated rules and policies

By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. If you are outside the Republic of India, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information (including personal data and content) into and out of the Republic of India.

You agree to follow our Rules and Policies. If you fail to comply, we may remove content or suspend or delete your account.

5. Use of Intellectual Property

By using the Services you grant Cricketers Pitch any permissions and rights necessary for the limited use of your intellectual property (including, but not limited to, trademarks, trade names, and logos) to provide the Services.

6. Miscellaneous

Disclaimer of warranty

The Services are provided “as is.” Cricketers Pitch disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, security, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cricketers Pitch will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services, including indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or any legal claim (contract, warranty, tort, or otherwise).

No waiver

If Cricketers Pitch does not exercise a particular right under these Terms, that does not waive the right.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the court should give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Choice of law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any suit arising from the Services shall be brought in a court located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, unless otherwise required by law.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with any documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cricketers Pitch concerning the Services.
